These messages may be sent by SMS, WhatsApp, or other supported messaging channels.

- OTP delivery status
- Verification attempts

- Fraud-prevention and rate-limit information
OTP and verification messages are transactional and are not used for marketing purposes.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

We do not currently collect payment or billing information through the app.
If paid features, subscriptions, boosts, or in-app purchases are added in the future, payments may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, Stripe, or other payment providers. We would not store full payment card details unless clearly disclosed.

- Show your profile to other users, based on your settings and app functionality
- Process likes, swipes, matches, blocks, and reports
- Send transactional notifications, including OTPs, chat alerts, likes, matches, and account updates

- Review verification submissions
- Moderate content and enforce our rules
- Detect and prevent scams, spam, fake accounts, banned users, fraud, and unsafe behavior
- Investigate reports and protect the community
- Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience
- Analyze app installs, usage, and feature performance
- Debug crashes, errors, and technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect our legal rights and the rights of users

- Telecommunications carriers and messaging networks for message delivery
- Image moderation, verification, or safety service providers, where used
- GIF, media, or content providers, such as Tenor or similar services
- Payment processors, such as Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, Stripe, or similar providers, if paid features are introduced
- Professional advisers, legal advisers, auditors, insurers, or authorities where necessary
- Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect safety, rights, or security
We may also share information:
- With other users, when you choose to make profile information, photos, messages, or interactions visible through the Services
- During a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets
- To enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, or protect the safety of users and the Services

6. Public Profile Visibility
Thai Love is a dating app. Some information you provide is intended to be visible to other users, including:

- Interests, lifestyle details, and matching preferences
- Verification status
- Other profile fields you choose to complete
You should not include information in your profile that you do not want other users to see.

Our mobile app may use SDKs, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, attribution tools, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, push notification tokens, and local device storage.

10. Account Deletion and Retention
You can request account deletion directly in the app.
When you request deletion:
- Your profile is hidden and your account is deactivated
- Your account is scheduled for deletion after 30 days
- If you sign back in during the 30-day period, your deletion request is cancelled and your account is restored
- If you do not sign back in during the 30-day period, your account is deleted after the 30-day period
Temporary account deactivation is no longer offered.
After the 30-day period, we delete or anonymise your account and associated profile data where technically and legally possible. This may include profile information, photos, matching data, messages, and related account records.
We may retain limited information where necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Safety and security
- Fraud, spam, or abuse prevention
- Investigation of reports or disputes
- Enforcement of our Terms
- Audit, accounting, or backup purposes
- Protecting our rights or the rights of other users
Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of business.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and protect users.

However, no online platform, mobile app, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Thai Love is intended only for users who are 18 years old or older.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has used the Services or provided personal data, we may delete the account and associated information.

Some featured images used for blog locations in our app or website may have been created, edited, or enhanced using artificial intelligence. These images are for illustrative purposes only and may not fully represent the actual location.
