1. Moderation Process

  • We use a combination of automated detection tools and a dedicated moderation team to review user content and behavior.
  • Content flagged by users or detected by our systems is reviewed daily to ensure timely action.
  • Our typical response time to user reports is between 24 and 72 hours.
  • Moderators enforce our community standards, including removing inappropriate content such as nudity, hate speech, scams, harassment, illegal material, and any content harmful to users.

2. Reporting and Confidentiality

  • Users can report suspicious or abusive behavior directly within the app.
  • Your identity as a reporter is kept confidential to protect your privacy.
  • We keep detailed logs of reported users and accounts that have been suspended or banned due to violations.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and may share reported information if required by law or if it is necessary to protect users and the community.

3. User Responsibility

  • While we strive to maintain a safe platform, your personal safety is also your responsibility.
  • When interacting with others, especially offline meetings, we recommend following common safety practices: meet in public places, inform a trusted person of your plans, and avoid sharing sensitive personal information prematurely.
  • Trust your instincts; if something feels unsafe or suspicious, discontinue communication and report the user.
  • We comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and relevant UK online safety regulations.
  • We are committed to preventing illegal activities on our platform, such as child exploitation, and will report such matters promptly to authorities.

5. Communication

  • We communicate safety alerts and policy updates primarily through in-app messaging (IAM).
  • Email communication may be added in the future to keep users informed.

6. Safety Features

  • Photo Verification: Users may verify their profiles via photo submission to improve authenticity and trust.
  • Location Privacy: Users can choose to set their location manually anywhere in the world to protect their privacy.
  • Blocking: Blocking a user removes all chats and shared content with that user to prevent further contact.
  • Account Deletion: Users can delete their account and all personal data from our systems directly via the app.

We regularly review and update our moderation tools, policies, and security measures to adapt to new threats and user feedback.
