You must be at least 18 years old to use Thai Love. During signup, you confirm that your date of birth is accurate and that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow users under 18.

4. User Content and Conduct
You may post profile information, photos, messages, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote the app.
We moderate User Content using automated tools and manual review to detect and remove nudity, hate symbols, illegal content, child exploitation, or any prohibited material.
Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Harassment, impersonation, or scams
- Posting illegal or explicit content
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Spamming or deceptive activity
- Any action violating applicable laws or these Terms
You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activity.
6. Interactions with Other Users
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of other users’ profiles or content. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online or offline.
We disclaim all liability arising from such interactions. You can report and block users within the app, and we will take appropriate action.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Currently, Thai Love does not offer paid features. In the future, we may introduce paid plans, in-app purchases, or subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing.
All payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be clearly stated when such features become available.
8. Third-Party Content and Services (TikTok Embeds)
Our website may display embedded content from third parties, including TikTok videos.
When you interact with or view TikTok embeds, TikTok may collect certain information as described in its own Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or data collection practices.
Your use of TikTok or other third-party features is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. AI-Generated Location Images Disclaimer
Some featured images used for blog locations in our app or website may have been created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI). These images are for illustrative purposes only and may not fully represent the actual location.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the app or website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
