1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Thai Love: Thailand Dating App (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. During signup, you confirm that your date of birth is accurate and that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow users under 18.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
4. User Content and Conduct
- You may post profile information, photos, messages, and other content (“User Content”).
- You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to use it to operate and promote the app.
- We moderate User Content to ensure compliance with these Terms. We use automated tools and manual review to detect and remove nudity, hate symbols, illegal content, child exploitation, and other prohibited material.
- Prohibited behaviors include harassment, impersonation, spamming, scamming, posting illegal content, hate speech, nudity, and any content that violates applicable laws.
- You agree not to engage in any prohibited behavior.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited behavior.
6. Interactions with Other Users
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of other users’ profiles or content.
- We disclaim all liability arising from your interactions with other users.
- You can report and block users within the app. We will investigate and take appropriate action as needed.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Currently, Thai Love does not offer paid features. In the future, we may introduce subscriptions or in-app purchases via Apple In-App Purchases. All payment terms and refund policies will be detailed at that time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes will be resolved primarily through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.
